Hershey's Best Brownies


INGREDIENTS

1 cup        Butter
2 cups       Sugar
2 tsp         Vanilla Extract
4              Eggs
¾ cup       Hershey’s cocoa
1 cup        Flour
½ tsp        Baking Powder
¼ tsp        Salt 

DIRECTIONS

1.   Heat oven to 350 degrees. Microwave butter until melted. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating well with wooden spoon after each egg.
2.   Add cocoa; blend well. Add flour, baking powder, and salt, stir until blended and smooth.
3.   Pour into greased 9X13 inch pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Check with toothpick at 30 minutes.
4.   Frost with Hershey’s Chocolate Buttercream Frosting when cooled.


Hershey’s Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

INGREDIENTS
2 cups       Powdered Sugar
3 T           Hershey’s cocoa
4 T           Butter, softened
3 T           Milk
¾ tsp        Vanilla

DIRECTIONS
1.   Beat butter. Combine powdered sugar and cocoa. Add to butter gradually. Alternate milk and dry ingredients while mixing.       
2. Add vanilla and beat until spreading consistency
